SGLP is a private fund that invests in the global currency market, seeking to capitalize on fluctuations in exchange rates.
We buy and sell the major global currencies with the aim of making us, our family members and our investors a profit as they fluctuate in value. Our success has been produced by a combination of factors poured into multiple algorithms that we have developed.
We leverage the power of technology to automate some of the research and investment processes. Using a system to produce our results as opposed to human intervention has given us the peace of mind required to successfully navigate the market as we grow. Often times investors will lose money attempting to invest in readily available online investment vehicles: stocks, cryptocurrency, forex, etc...

Working Together
We make money when you do
Our performance fee is a 70/30 profit split. Our investors keep 70% of the profit made on their capital and SGLP keeps 30% of the profit each month. Also, we use a high water-mark to only apply a profit split as your account continues to grow in value.
Liquidity
We require a quarterly commitment. At the close of each fiscal quarter you are able to request a profit distribution or withdraw your account's total value. Your capital is automatically committed to the next quarter if no distribution is requested.
Deposit
We accept wire, ACH, USDC and check. The minimum investment amount is $50,000 USD.
IRA, 401(k), Business or Individual
Whether your goal is to grow tax free in a retirement account, invest through an EIN or your own SSN; we will assist with properly preparing your account. Investing through a retirement account.
Reporting
Investors receive monthly statements as well as an account login to view their account in real-time; account balance, floating profit or loss, overall gain and account activity. Also, create and download your own report for any date range.
Taxes
SGLP operates its funds as limited partnerships and annually issues an IRS Schedule K-1 to each investor.

During the call, we covered both our year to date and quarterly results, as well as our projection sheet tracking the monthly average from January 2023 through September 2025. We also shared exciting news about a major upgrade to our investment strategy operations, a tool built from years of work that combines advanced backend complexity with an intuitive, streamlined decision making interface. This new tool is a refining of the investment process and the backtesting data is very encouraging.
